i am home in my bed in indy after a 24 hour road trip. cant sleep. 750 miles. 5 clubs. went to the post office and 2 banks. made $100 for moving money between accounts. enough to pay for the battery
i bought in paris illinois, luckily battery died next to a walmart. flowers got back ok. house is still here. bills are mostly paid. new plate is here for the car.
i will be able to plant the garden, do some housecleaning and yardwork, while working on the nebraska lawsuit. that's the plan. first bath and sleep.
i stopped at a club in missouri, dodging severe thunderstorms, and Page was working, who i met on the way out, but she was less fun at work then when i met her on her day off. and the guy i liked at
unload trunk of car. attach plate. clean car. compute mpg, trip expenses. email ian. clean front porch. fill dumpster. sort mail. fix roof. conquer world. revise memo.
the illinois club quit it seems, and it's hard to get to with the bridge out and badly marked detours. so lots of frustrations but a little fun.
house was kind of trashed except where chris has cleaned up the front porch. i threw away a bunch of spoiled food, and the roof still has a hole. so there's stuff to work on here.
