	i forgot to check the list, so i didnt get anything done today. got out of bed to make dinner for mom, by which i mean open a can of soup. spent $100 on home repairs that tommy arranged for and super


	vised. listened to oral argument at scotus.


	in Uzuegbunam v Preczewski, the supreme court debated whether $1 is enough of a case or controversy for a case to go forward. the answer should be yes.


	"the law does not strain at a gnat" or a bat.


	it's after dark, but the stores are still open. i could finish my shopping for yesterday. even clean my car a little. we'll see.
