	i hit diablo-1 by mistake. mouse count 25. cleaned the fridge.


	today i signed up a new client, opened a case folder, and billed 1.8 hours. this is the new plan, to get back to being a lawyer part time, ease into it.


	i've done most of the prep work for this case so i should be able to bang out a complaint and some related documents, maybe get something filed by the end of the year/month.


	i wrote to my siblings about the estate, and sent my sister $50 for her project to give her schoolkids aurdino personal computers, so that's my xmas shopping for the year. maybe i'll get some cheap


	stuff for coworkers. stop by dollar store.


	midnight right now, had coffee. oh i watched by the sea with kevin spacey as bobby darin. was ok.
