Well, there was one for a wristwatch, shot all in black and white.
At the start, you hear running water, and see a close-up of a guy's wrist, with a nice watch on it. The camera pulls back a bit, and you see he's holding a knife.
Creepy music starts; you see the knife being thrust again and again through a shower curtain. The watch gets splattered in water and blood, but it keeps ticking.
