Oh, a little note on the timing of this cup. After I post the rules, contestants are expected to post within twenty-four hours of the time stamp on my posting, but there are twelve hours of leeway there. Voting will last for either twenty-four hours from the time stamp on the second strip, or until one competitor receives a clear majority of eight votes, whichever occurs sooner. I will act as tiebreaker.

Now we return to the former Low Pass Industries factory that has been repainted and converted into the StripCreator Wrestling Federation HQ!!! The greatly anticipated match between Ken "The Killer" Kaufman and ObiJugular has been postponed, due to personal reasons, so...

Tonight will be a cage match between two great veterans of the sport. Headcrusher Habnem has finally been released from prison after the nasty incident in his last match, and The Spankmeister is looking like he is in fine form and thirsting for blood! Our celebrity referee tonight is none other than some little guy who played an Ewok in Ewoks: Battle for Endor, truly an honour for the SCWF.

Now, the rules for this match are simple...

1) The strip must include a reference to a disaster, natural or man-made, but it must be suggested (true or not) that something good has come out of it.

2) Two specific background must be used: one of the two ambulance backgrounds, or the police car one; and any background that features an explosion. The third panel acan be whatever the author wants to use, and these three can be used in any order.

Okay, it seems the Ewok guy is ready to start the match... here we go!
