Hmm I think this is a good idea... I talked to Frank about this on AIM, but I'd like for us all to share. Are there any particular genres that you guys just plain hate or, just plain love? You can send me anything except very popular rap, like 50 Cent or Chingy.

Yeah I wasn't planning on puttin any of that in there anyway. I know I'm one of the few people on this planet that actually like that stuff so I was at least considerate of others.

Same goes for me, it's all good bar P Diddy.

I think I e-mailed you guys about this - my plan to theme one half of my CD, and have one half of generic shiz I like, is looking like a goer.

Incidentally if anyone wants to sideswap you're welcome to let me know via PM, although regular swappers will find I've recycled some material, all content is certified 100% Jes-tastic.

I've completed my CD, all thats left is to make some art on the CD itself and to finish up the album cover. It'll be sent out by next week.

CDs are ready to go, but I'll send them out after I get back from the States.

printer problems here at U may cause the CD's to get out later than expected. But I assure you all, they will be there.

Turns out that pasting the cd art to the cd itself causes it to skip on my computer and be too heavy in my stereo.

I now have to get some more blanks. Minor delay, they'll probably be sent out sometime this week.

I've had bad experiences with labeling CD's in the past. They always get stuck in my car CD player or, like cpausti said, get rejected because they're too heavy. I'm just gonna do some classic Sharpie artwork. Nothing flashy, but it'll get the job done.

Okay, as of an hour ago all my CD's have been sent out. Jes, they said yours should get there with 7-10 days and cpausti's should get there in a few days I guess.

As of an hour ago, all mine went out as well. UK swappers should receive by tomorrow or Friday, probably next week for the US ones. Let me know if the discs aren't up to scratch as I've sent out empty cases and blank CDs in the past, but this has been one of the fastest mailings I've ever done, I'm pleasantly surprised at my lack of procrastination, and hopefully there should be no problems.

The address I gave the group was my dad's as I thought this swap was going to extend into October and I won't be at my current address then. I'll phone him tonight and see if anything's arrived.

As of ten minutes ago, I signed the Customs form and away they took them. Frank's should be there Tuesday at the very latest. I don't know when they'll reach you, Jes, but hopefully no later than next week. I sent them in CD Mailers through UPS, so that's what you should look for. I had to sign a Customs form for the first time.

I think we should get an award for fastest group in CD Swap history.

I received Jes' CD yesterday (in a sinister UK sideswap) and have listened to it roughly four times now. I have written a review, but I wouldn't want to post it without your consent. If you'd rather I wait until you've all received and listened to his CD yourselves, that's fine.

i'll wait but if cpaw wants to hear it then post it.
