Just a point though, surely Scooby would say "Rocque Rousteau?!" not "Rocque Cousteau?!"

I thought about that a bit before I finished the comic, and I think it could go either way. The rules for his speech aren't hard and fast. I suppose for the humor value I could have made it Rocque Rousteau, but about the time it came to hit enter, I realized I was spending way too much time getting inside the mind of a cartoon dog.

I think part of the humor of my comic is rooted in the utter ridiculousness of believing with certainty that the pierced leather dude under the burqa is Jacques Cousteau, especially since he is dead, and would have no reason to pose as the first lady of Afghanistan.

Besides, have *you* tried to come up with a viable connection between Jacques Cousteau and the first lady of Afghanistan? It's not an easy thing.

Moreover, you're not a comic cup participant. You can vote against me in the next cup, but not this time.
