So anyway... I went to Weight Watchers yesterday...

No.... I learnt about my bad diet and apparantly the problem is I need to exercise more...

Nobody... Anyway so i've begun to walk instead...
Right... Me and Rob are off this way on our BIKES... Once you have it (you know metal thing which makes you get places faster) cycle and catch up...
