One day during Tae Kwon Do class... Due to the upcoming tournament, you will be sparring each other today.	I had sparred many times before, but never with headshots. At the time I was about 8 years old. Ok, I'll go on offense first, then quickly go on defense.	Let's just say that I never got the chance to go on offense. Ouch.

After a particularly, bad sparring match, my teacher pulled me aside and said... Listen, at this rate, you won't even be able to compete because you'll have a concussion. Thanks...	I remember thinking to myself how useless that information was. Always keep your hands up. Protect your head. Keep that in mind during your next match. Like I haven't been thinking that already.	After a minute or two, I gave the advice a little more thought. Maybe that advice wasn't so bad. I have't realized it before, but I guess I have been dropping my hands a lot.

Ever since I received the advice, I had been making it a point to always keep my hands up.	The lesson I learned was to always keep your hands up during a fight or a sparring session.
