I like Anna's ideas and creativity.. However I do not like when she dominated the conversation and said the same things over and over again.

The more the group ignored Anna, the more airtime she used. She kept trying harder and harder to be heard without realizing she was having the opposite effect of what she wanted.

The tone used to begin a conversation should be respectful and collegial.
Anna, I'd like your help in resolving a problem that I see. I think that you are talking a great deal about your ideas and not really being heard by the group.
I agree and it does not feel very good.
The impact on me is that I feel frustrated with you. I know that I share a part in this problem. I was short with you in the last meeting. I apologize for saying 'Are you Finished'?
Wow! I had no idea that I was being such a bigmouth. This explains why my group members have been rolling their eyes when I talk.
I would like to get a commitment from you, Anna, to reduce your airtime in the committee.
Consider it done. I would also like it if we would all agree to speak up right away when something is bothering us, rather than being so indirect with eachother
