Kylie serves as the interpreter and referee Social Media is NOT Part of PR Do you know What falls under PR in Sky Premium	Kylie agrees some companies have social media seperate from PR but quite a number of companies do have it under PR Branding and Social Media/Marketing is NOT PR PR is Branding, Social Media/ Marketing, Press Releases, Media Alerts, Media Interviews, Media Seeding, Events with Partners	Kylie looks on ---- silence ----- So you want me to do all this? You are my boss so I will do it but I am not going to agree this is sustainable.

The situation heats up So PR I am still supposed to write the content for the press release, media alerts, content for events, look for influencers all for Jac because you categorise this all under Content?	Kylie rephrases it as saying Serene wants Jac to be a full fledge PR person , expected to write her own press release and all other PR related activities wholly I see what you said as all under Content. The PR person goes out to meet with the press, influencers, advises you strategies on the press release and and you write. so in other words I do my own work scope - Content- as well as all the legwork for PR and Jac just fronts PR??	In the interest of the company to move on, Serene agrees to take on social media Despite it Clearly Being a key role in PR We could look at hiring a part time or out source social media person I maintain in the long run it will not be sustainable for me to do social media by myself

Kylie again rephrases that Serene thinks the PR person should be a full fledged PR Person and hold her own as Serene worries her area of content is more than she can handle ....... If I have to write everything for PR, I might as well be doing it. I'm not going to agree with this aspect although i wll do it.	Agreed that christy will help in the uploads of web and social media Jac to hold her own in PR. Outsource Social Media in July/ August for additional Help ....... ......
