You can post comics in an existing Comic Showcase thread, but you cannot start one of your own, only Donors can*.

I don't think this was ever actually put to the SC public, it was just discussed between the Mods.

*I am not actually sure if any of that is true.

It's just donor only in there. I haven't set up anything for open replying (yet).
