So what's with the listing of forumusers characters? Is it like a reward for a certain number of postings or what?

DexX used to draw them for people he liked, now he ran away and stopped doing it.

Not so much people he liked, but people who had established their presence here. Then Dexx got a life, and we don't nearly see enough of him anymore.
