he ended up in a mental institution, and then he and his parents moved, and in the lawsuit in July they were talking about changing his name. i don't think there's been any new info on the guy since the july lawsuit, but i could be wrong. and did he ever get the I-pod? i thought i read that fell through (his parents didn't want any more attention on ghysian, even positive attention), and the people who contributed money were to write to get their money back. i don't know. i just ran a search to find the site that was giving him the I-pod and i'm not finding it.
