welcome back....i am going to look for your comics...Appree the feedback! i submit to a weekly prompt site on http://www.lagomorpho.com/prompt/ as the DROOL fool ...check it out ..or better yet submit something it's not as big as this place...but as a newbie it's simple and you get help when you need it. I love this place ...it captured my creative juices all day! Here's another strip for those that don't want to tromp over to my place. FEEDBACK welcomed *g*

oooooooh i see what you mean...yes i wanted to correct that and could not... i have to pay a fee to correct my mistakes. i don't mind doing that but i don't have a credit card and if i did have the money i would gladly pay ...as this site is so kewl. But as of now i am the peon whitetrash newbie....all my naked blemishes will have to be exposed as i am not perfect and have always had to do a zillon and one edits till it looked ok. No excuses....that's why i drool.

Your comics aren't ha-ha funny, but at least you've obviously given them some thought, which already makes them better than the junk that a lot of people cavalierly toss off in half a minute just to give themselves a passing giggle.

Thanks for taking the time to comment...i do realize one has to keep practicing to get this craft down. i have a rather sardonic edge about me and it's hard to tell how much of a balance i'll need to meet ppl half way.

No, if I'd made her myself, she'd look like total crap, and you wouldn't love her.

This is an example of makeing a person work at the punch line. i don't know if many ppl will get this but that's ok because i believe sometimes a punchline doesn't grab a person right away. To me that is not bad. After all we all have different experiences to be able to relate.

first impression looks as if the boy is the cruel one and clueless. True he is a bully but on a deeper level it is the little girl who says she has "love" yet judges with no mercy as if she has none.

I don't give much advice because I don't know any method for making good comics. Sometimes they turn out good and sometimes they don't. I just try and make sure that I like them myself for whatever reason before I save them. I listen to the criticism that I think is useful and laugh off the rest. Don't worry about being a newbie. Everybody's a newbie when they first come here.

Yeah that sounds like good advice to me. Especially the criticism that is there to yank yer leash. I have found some ppl judge my work as if they are judging a professional when in reality it's just a person beginning to learn. It reminds me of a parent who keeps tipping over a baby trying to walk. Meaningless lather....my drooling has more purpose.
Thanks for taking the time...it does make a difference.

The big lie in society is...we are all (in some level) victims. Many of us are overwhelmed with the world news, school, work and home life. Our lives are not our owns. Our dreams and passions laying wasted far back in time. Only the few rich know what a filthy lie this is.
