We oughta have big, six panel comics.... that are available on sundays.

Did you ever notice that for the big Sunday comics, the cartoonist always draws a big title panel with action that is not necessary to the comic, so that individual newspapers can use it or cut it off without affecting the comic, according to how much space they want the comic to take up?

That's so well known that CC 209 was based on that very principle.

I wouldn't mind being able to create 4 panel or 6 panel comics anytime (6 would be one 3/3 on top of one 3/3, 4 would be 4 in a row or 4 as a square) ... though this'd probably cause brad to need to write a lot of code.
