Last night, I was logged in as choadwarrior, and I tried to send a pm to mmyers, but when i opened the pm window, the username showed AccentuateNegative. no matter how many times I logged in and out, and as both names, it kept defaulting to AccNeg when I was logged on as choad. I clicked on pm to a few other users, and it defaulted to choad, so it was only a problem when I tried to pm mmyers.

Now when I log in as AccNeg, it shows 1 private message in my inbox, but when I open the inbox, it says I have no private messages.

Any ideas, Brad?

Try deleting all of your cookies from stripcreator, and then logging in again.

Problem solved. I deleted my cookies and temp files and everything is right with the world again. Thanks for the suggestion, cowtipper.

Still odd how that happened, though.

I always keep an old pm in my pm box. When my inbox says I have two messages I can only see the old msg, but when I delete the old, the new one appears. Unwieldy but it works.

That's pretty weird stuff, choadwarrior. All I can is that somehow a second SC cookie is being made by your browser and then the browser is writing to and reading different ones, which makes it seem "stuck".

I have no idea about smamurai's problem though. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I keep a whole bunch of PM's in my inbox, 132 to be exact, as far as I can tell I can see them all, and when the counter goes up, I can always read any new ones.

Doesn't nicejohnson have like 666 pms? That must be difficult to load.
