Mrs. Pantisass isn't dead... she is just on Holiday and Mr. Nordick is in charge of the running of the school, however, Mr. Sprocker was dreaming she was dead and he was made in charge of the school then shouted it out to a pupil in the school. In short: Mrs. Pantiass isn't dead...

And then the pupil told Mrs. Pantiass about it and Mrs. Pantiass got onto Mr. Sprocker about it! Perfect continuity!

I don't like the fact he stole my Sprocker thing, and made him swear and didn't do it properly :(

I think Mr. Sprocker is the only person in these comics who isn't an asshole. Except maybe for the little girl, but we don't really know much about her.
