It's been suggested here before, but my sticky posting + topic locking code was broken. It's fixed now.

So if anybody wants to volunteer to write up announcements/forum rules, etc that should be locked to the top of any of the forums here, it can now be done.

Comic competitions forum seems the most likely candidate. Let me know.

I don't know...I sort of like the turd-in-the-punchbowl topics that pop up in the CC forum once in a while.
