I've always wanted one, but I'm too flaky to come up with something I'd want on me for the rest of my life. I was considering the Mutant Enemy "grr... argh" monster, but I don't feel like explaining it every time I show it to somebody now, so imagine thirty years from now...

I once asked a tattoo guy to give me tattoo of a larger penis on my real penis, but he couldn't figure out how to do it, so he beat me up.

If I can afford it, I'm going to get a tattoo for Christmas. I have drawings of it, but sadly my webhost went down or I'd show pictures (blame Beaz, totally his fault).
