So this may be the new comic make page if there isn't a ton of public outcry against it. Stuff:

- There's a random comic layout button (thanks to BigEvilDan for the javascript). This randomizes one panel and clones it, which gives more useful random results than a fully random button.

- The comic form layout is smaller and more descriptive. It may be a little more cluttered, but things like having the "category" and "character" dropdowns labelled are positive usability improvements.

Also it has no save button until I put it online for real.

Still looks great and should prove almost idiot-proof.

The Random Comic Layout button is truly 733t!

Its great now activate it damnit!!!
