I think the background looks too bright and busy... But nevertheless its still very good. I'd take it.

A background I'd never use.

Putting someone in front of or on top of it feels like it would look kind of wrong. I'd be limited to making the submarine talk with Height props. And there's so much dead space above the sub...

Not to mention various legal reasons Brad likes to avoid.
