This topic may have been done before but I like it so here it is. Band Names. Create a comic that uses at least one. Extra points for more than one reference if its done well. Try to avoid Britney Spears and the like.
Here is an example 288312

And yes, Virginia, there is a band called John Cougar Concentration Camp...

Wow, a quick start to some good entries.

A little update, if you do want to use a more obscure band name, please include a link to verify it as Unknown Eric did.

Some band links:
Pussy Galore
One-Eyed Jack

The rest of the bands should be familiar (sounding, at least) to you.

Wow, im quite shocked at how many entries there were, and the sheer quality of the entries. Lots of funny and inventive stuff from everyone. In the end I went with Niteowl's Flesh for Fantasy for not only the quantity, but for a strip that made me laugh. Not to mention his inclusion of one of my favorite bands, Mr Bungle. Congrats Niteowl and well done all.

I felt it was the Flesh For Lulu reference that made me feel I was reading a postcard from paradise, delivered by mortal hands...
