OmniMarconi67 June 29, 2005 3:45 PM	Try pre-writing. Getting something onto paper is a good start. Once you have something, tweak it a little so that it flows conversationally. It might sound insignificant at first, but my truly ingeneous comics that everyone agrees are funny were done in this manner(and after splitting the field as to whether I'm funny or not, getting a general consensus lets me know I'm onto something good).

i like the punchline(though wouldn't fiber actually help?), but if you dont you can flip it making the last panel something like:

monkey on left(dialog): 'i suppose terorists are notorious for that sort of thing.'

monkey on right(thought bubble): 'so are wayward monkeys with a belly full of fiber and nothing but time. nothing. but. time.'

HCRoyall June 30, 2005 7:07 AM	The concept behind the strips is good, but your spelling and grammar makes my eyes bleed, which detracts from the quality. It makes the strips look a lot better if you really make an effort to keep spelling ans grammar errors out; they can't all be perfect, mind you, but they look more professional.

The 'd' key is the bane of my existence and either shies away from me when I want to press it or jumps in the way when I'm reaching for a letter nearby.
