The first one could be much improved without the narration. General rule of thumb: always avoid the narration unless it actually adds humour to the strip. If you just use it to explain things, it ruins the flow. In the third panel, your reader will know from the previous panel that the guy is in a chat room, and that he is talking to what he thinks is a girl. The line "Hell yeah I suck toes" would then be funny, because the final scene is implied instead of being blatantly spelled out.
The second one... no, sorry, I didn't find it funny.
