That is a more elegant way of saying what I was about to.
The comics have no punch in them. I see the jokes there, but they feel like they've been sanitized -- probably they just aren't thought through well enough. Judging by the subject matter and the tameness, I'd say it's more likely that you're too young than too old.
But at least there are jokes; that's better than many people do.
That having been said, I thought the last one was pretty good. Keep trying, and reading other comics (webcomics and even certain syndicated comics as well as comics on this site) and I think you'll be a good stripper someday.
