anyone watching it?

here is the description;

Wonder Showzen is an absurdist comedy/variety show, featuring a team of puppets, kids, cartoons and old educational films. It's a sugar coated comedic explosion for the fortified child in us all. Wonder Showzen is a chaotic mix of puppets, animation and live action with a twist that will leave viewers torn between laughter, sadness and sheer perplexity. Episodes will contain skits from the main puppets (Chauncey, Wordsworth, Sthugar and Him), news segments with A.P. Gibralter, and Clarence's "puppet on the street" skit. Think delightfully dark yet smartly subversive. Wonder Showzen takes your favorite things about watching TV as a kid and turns them into a twisted nightmare for all ages.

Here is the Warning;
WARNING
WONDER SHOWZEN CONTAINS OFFENSIVE, DISPICIBLE CONTENT THAT IS TOO CONTROVERSIAL AND TOO AWESOME FOR ACTUAL CHILDREN. THE STARK, UGLY, PROFOUND TRUTHS WONDER SHOWZEN EXPOSES MAY BE SOUL CRUSHING TO THE WEAK OF SPIRIT. IF YOU ALLOW A CHILD TO WATCH THIS SHOW, YOU ARE A BAD PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

I laughed my ass off through most of it.

Pretty Funny Stuff.

I especially like the one where the little girl says;

"I think Warthogs are Pretty"
"But most people say I am Ugly"
"So I guess that makes me Stupid"

I've got a good idea. Let's ask a bunch of Internet strangers about the TV shows we watch instead of having lives.

Good advice!

That's quite a persecution complex you've got going. If people treat you so badly on the message boards, why the hell do you keep coming back? Do you just enjoy hanging around where no one likes you to feed the abovementioned complex?

You may misquote this text now, since that seems to be the schtick you're stuck with.

actually, its how the thread began, if you re-read.

its not a persecution complex. Its simply obvious though. A thread with the 'ultimate run on sentence' is considered 'worthy' and a thread by me is not.

Responding to a thread in a forum for people who make comics is considered 'having a life', and creating one, apparently not.

I just am observing.

But the spam, rampant attempts to kill said "Ultimate Run-on Sentence", and obcene forum-post to comic count are okay?

You started out okay, but then you started getting bitchy. First the defensive posture when people corrected you on your "I Am A Colossal Greek" thread, then your constant attempts to kill a thread that has been running for years but that you, a newb with barely a couple months under your belt, has deemed unfit to exist. Now it's your blt-like ability to take everything that's done to you on the internet personally. (On the godamned internet, for Fuck's sake!)

Leave the forums, make some comics, and just act like less of a cunt in general and we'll treat you with more respect. Seriously, a little immaturity is all well and good, but you need to grow the fuck up.

HC,

Let me clarify.

I haven't attempted to 'kill' the ultimate thread. I simply didn't want to add anything generic to it. So I thought, 'in what way can I do this differently'.

Adding for instance a punctuation. People with sour senses of humor may get offended, but people who can laugh at the silliness of it all, should be able to roll with that.

In fact, several people commented my profile with just a '.' which I thought was hilarious. I totally got the reference.

Secondly, I am not sure what you mean by 'obscene'.
You are talking about the statue of the guy sitting on a turtle? or the one of those two people holding up a sign?

because long before I got to that forum, it appears there was nudity in threads and cussing. It appears though that if its 'ugly' people its okay, if its hot girls its bad. I am not sure if thats the strange method that is used to determine if its okay or not. It could also be one of those 'this was posted by the clique, and not kaenash' = 'acceptable'.

Anyway, I love putting captions to photos out of context. It helps me pass the day when I am working from home.

As to the Collossol Greek post. My bad. I did admit I was wrong. I got the info and pic from answers.com so that it was I thought it was correct.

I had assumed for some reason that was right and clearly it was false.

However, if you see that I can laugh at myself, I even created that thread ironically labelled 'collosol greek' in the caption mountain forum.

I never promised anyone I would be entirely 100% factual all the time. I am holding myself to the "Dan Rather" standard. If its written then I may believe it.

Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.

From the Flame Warriors page:

"Evil Clown is very quick with a joke, but his jests always have a barb. He has little patience for in-depth discussions and will often disrupt exchanges between serious forum participants by introducing irrelevant topics, fatuous quips, and offhand comments."

I still can't believe Kaenash is in his mid 30's.

Thats a GREAT site.

I didn't realize I was an "Evil Clown" until I saw that site. I have been on the ancient Fido forums since pre-world wide web days back in the ancient days of acoustic modems when we thought 1200 baud was 'high tech' and a two line bbs was some kind of palace.

I have always had that sense of humor.

I once went to a baseball forum for umpires and succesfully convinced them of a 'fifth' base variant that was in the original double day rules. They take baseball way too seriously. So that is why it was funny.

I quoted Doubleday and did some research (once again, my friend answers.com) and I would say "If you will check your original double day manual printed in 1908, you will clearly see that it was.." and I had these neat quotes that I changed just a little bit.

My practical jokes usually start out very slow and have a limited pay off. I post semi-factual excerpts from rule books and news sources, that sort of thing.

Almost like "Onion.Com" except a little proactive. However, thats only with people who take things too seriously, and very rarely do I do something like that.

Mostly, I just like to joke around and take things easy. Thats not a crime is it?

I mean the fact that your forum post count is more than fifteen times the number of comics you've made. A lot of regulars have higher post-counts than comics, but that's because the posts just acumulate over time. I'm around three times my comic number in posts right now myself.

Make some comics, give us a reason to actually consider you a SC member instead of some jerk you joined to flood our forums, and your status wil improve. Look at Shank, for example.

I just saw it tonight on Comedy Central. It had a few funny bits.

Then Mind of Mencia came on and the laughing suddenly stopped. Holy shit, that guy sucks...makes me wonder how many Comedy Central executives he had to blow to get his own show.
