"I've just moved to a new apartment, and while the old one had a nice inside foyer with all the mailboxes and was a protected place to deliver packages, my new building has outside mailboxes and a front stoop. However, there IS an inside foyer. One or some of the carriers must realize this because I've had packages left inside. Unfortunately, one (or some) carrier(s) must not be aware of this, because packages are left outside. Which is fine, I don't mind packages left on the front stoop, even if it is raining, BUT the last few packages that have arrived USPS have been left, not on the front stoop or the sidewalk, but on the grass in the front yard. Which is covered in melting snow. And as much as I enjoy opening my Christmas presents early to let them dry and attempt to salvage what I can (I just love water-logged books, don't you?), it's getting a bit tedious.

I have yet to catch the carrier in the act, but I'd rather not have to worry about it. UPS and FedEx know not to leave packages on the lawn (they actually bring them into the foyer) and I think I'm going to have to tell anyone who mails me a package to use one of those services instead. Every year my faith in the USPS dwindles. The past two months, in addition to the packages left on the lawn, I've had three packages missing, one insured package arrive with empty contents, and several bills arrive past the due date.

So please, do everyone a favor and train carriers that melting snow on soggy lawn + cardboard box = very unhappy customer."

My dad used to be a mailman. My dog attacked him the first time he saw him in the uniform.

P.S. dcomposed cries like a mangafied bitch.

I have also had problems with recieving bills post due date. In addition, my insurance company always gets the mail they send to me returned.

Theresa at the shop N save pharmacy told me that they stopped sending her mail, with the explanation to the senders "No such resident". She's lived at the same address for 7 years.

Dear Santa,

I've been very "good" this year. I asked for crabby and dcomposed dolls for Christmas, but instead got a couple of cunts. What gives?

We agree that our loser friends at Amazon.com need to learn how to post.

Whats fun is when they leave perishable packages out in the NC summer heat. :) When someone is home to recieve it and they dont bother to knock. Sometimes I think they just sit in the truck and try to see how close to the porch they can get by pitching it.

People who are too lazy to make comics anymore don't get to be cunts.

The USPS has actually been better to me than UPS lately. The fuckin' mentally deficient UPS driver keeps delivering my comic books to the wrong goddamn address. And a different wrong goddamn address each time.

Plus the USPS is releasing DC Superhero stamps this summer. I can't wait to stick Hawkman on all my bills.

DC...Superhero...stamps?

Is that an angelic choir I hear?

No, really. I think I'm going to cry.

I haven't been this happy since I ordered Justice League cheques.

MY happiness has just doubled. The DC comics checks weren't available for a long time and I had moved and changed banks so I had a whole box I couldn't use. Now, they are available again.

And this time they have GL.

I respect the League, but I have to say these checks (which I have, by the way) are way much more better.

I would buy Superman and/or Batman stamps, though. Dunno if I would want more of the DC heroes than that.

Those are nice indeed.

I was never a fan of Spiderman. I always preferred the godlike heroes of DC over the everyman heroes of Marvel. Except for grade school when I was a rabid X-Men fan.

But since the movie I've been learning to like Spiderman.
