They weren't awful, but I didn't find them funny either. I'm guessing it might be a month and a half before you really hit your stride and start making some classic comics.

Thanks for the feedback...those were just a test run to kinda get a feel for what I want to do. It's going to take a while, but I'll work my way up there.

Also, please remember that narration boxes are evil and should only be used if absolutely necessary.

You also didn't overuse them as much as other newbies and I thought your use in the first comic worked well.The second comic, not so much, but you'll get better.

Right now, I'm looking through some of the CC's and learning from those. I was going to do a few of those, but I decided I needed to work on my skills a little more. I'm glad that I have some of the best talent here willing to help me out.

But again, thanks for the tips, and duly noted on the evils of the 'narration box'.

You should only do the contests which haven't already ended. Otherwsie you look like an asshole, not sure if thats what you meant though. Just giving you a heads up.

My third attempt. I incorporated a stripcreator cliche into the strip.

Just taking baby steps here. Definitely not the stuff of legend.
