I'm not sure if this was intended, but all the thumbnails are displaying on the one line, causing them to go way off the page (so you have to use the scroll bar to view them).
I'm using Internet Explorer if that makes any difference.

Peculiar. That table has no TR's for some reason.

It's still working fine on my IE. Uhh.

I can't imagine why it would fix it, but I changed a line in there. Can someone try loading the character browser again and let me know if it still does it?
