hi there i wanted to know if i can use some of the characters here, me and my mate live in a university halls of residence and we decided to create a phantom a hero who gives out stupid and funny gifts to people in the halls of residence, each gift will come with a small comic describing the adventures of the hero whilst giving out the gifts, now me any mate cant draw but we wanted to know if the good people on this board would allow us to use some of their characters and work in our small comics

I predict you pot heads completely forget this whole idea in about 2 hours.

why should we forget this idea, and dont forget we are not american, its for a university in england where fewer people smoke pot, i dont want anyone trying to sue my ass over any copyright infringment or any other rights issue so thats why i am asking if you good people will allow us to use your characters

If you're not selling something with them nobody is going to sue you. But wouldn't it be marginally cooler to get someone to draw pictures for you? or even just use stick figures?
This idea has more holes than the Titanic. What? The Titanic only had one major tear down the side, not a bunch of holes? I was talking about the movie.

Nobody here would have known you'd made the comics and you'd have gotten away with it if you hadn't posted here. But now everyone's onto you.

I didn't know fewer university students in England smoked weed. That would be a good fact for one of those fact-a-day calendars.

is it harder to get there? i cant swing a dead cat without hitting some available weed. or crack. or PCP. or blow. or about anything really.
