Sometimes I'll view a comic but when I do, one of the panels has no bottom and the characters in it are like, fifty feet away from the actually comic. Has anyone else seen this?

That sounds really cool. Fifty feet would actually place the characters in my yard, and my neighbors would be able to see them.

I think that might be a browser issue. I use Mozilla Firefox and see it a lot. I never used to see it when I was using IE.

Yeah, sometimes firefox will get things out of whack for me... Usually once in a great while, and it never happens frequently or repeatedly.

I see it on a daily basis, cos Firefox is out to get me.
