This comic is brilliant for the fact it depicts perfectly Bush's love of dismissing gaffes he's made in the past by coming up with some inane explanation that retroactively changes the details of the conversation or makes it seem as if someone or something else were at fault, all in the desperate pursuit of making it seem as if he isn't the first borderline-retarded President. Golly, that was a long sentence, but I digress...
