They come from the depths of hell to mortally piss us off... yes, the noobs! The recently quelled influx of idiotic noobs has shown us just how freakishly annoying they can be, and the 50 page sebra thread has shown us that they are evolving beyond simple incomprehensible responses to insults.

Now, bring forth from the darkest corners of your mind the worlds worst noob! This noob can be from anywhere, from stripcreator to Howard Johnson's. Give them any and all powers needed to annoy and harass, and all the basic rules apply. Extra points given for a series/serieses.
