Yeah it was called Sebra Goes To Camp. It's about a retarded kid at summer camp who can't fish or shoot the bow and arrow or do anything else without screwing up. It's kind of sweet in the end, though, because all the non-retarded kids help him and come to really love him after he blows them all, repeatedly. You should really check it out.
