it seems accurate--those were some awfully big buildings to scatter all over the ground of NYC. actually, i'd expect the "needs cleaning" radius to be bigger, if anything.

I've since seen other versions of the same graphic. It was produced by some urban planning commission in NY or something. CNN has a more detailed version of the same graphic.
