1) This picture as something to laugh at on the internet = funny

2) The fact that to get this, someone actually took an animal and forced it to pose, human-like = creepy

3) The fact that some probably very single "artist" printed this as a Christmas card and put a caption like "Fluffy and Me, December 06, Just Watchin' the Big Game" on it = more creepy.

4) The fact that you're one of the dozens of co-workers who received the card in the mail and are now cornered at the office party by the creepy sender and asked to give your opinion on the card = awkward.

My cat did tune into channels and log her neilson ratings. The remotes were usually lined up on the sofa, so she'd just walk over each of them and she would choose a channel and log herself into neilson at the same time.
