The question deserved one.

Actually, it wasn't really sarcastic.  It was sardonic, and perhaps cheeky, but each of the answers -- though perhaps stated in a brusque manner -- are literally valid.  So I don't think "sarcastic" applies.

I'd have to look it up to be sure.  But I'd rather have someone jump down my throat if I'm wrong; you Internet types live for that shit.
