About 2 months ago I started having trouble posting anything on SC useing Firefox. Then it worked for a week or two.

Now I'm back to posting comics and topic posts and comments with IE.

Everytime I try to post a comment I see the preview of course, then I click save. It takes me to the next screen which is white and has the same adrees in the URL bar "http://www.stripcreator.com/forums/post.php#preview" and hangs up.

This also occurs when I try to make a comic now. FF hangs up and never goes through. I've always been able to rate and comment on comment on the accual comic page.

I read that shank also has this problem. Now that I know it's not just me I'm posting something about it.

I tried posting this with FireFox first to prove my point and it went through the first time with no problems ... for the first time all summer... The problem exists brad, even if it may be intermittent.

that was happening to me last night when i was hammered

i was getting so pissed off cause i couldnt made a thread so i had to use IE, i avoided making the thread though. go figure

and i was just trying to post this with firefox and i got the white screen

Hmm, haven't seen this problem. Are you using an ad-blocker or any Firefox extension that might alter HTML in realtime?

I've been using firefox for ages and I've not had any trouble using the fourms at all. Go figure.

I'm using Firefox too and I've had the same intermittant problem, mostly on posts but sometimes on comics. Not all the time, just once in a while. The only add-ons I have are Google toolbar and Fire FTP; no adblocker or other doodads.

Of course, Firefox randomly crashes on me for no reason several times a week, so it could just be that Firefox sucks.

i dont understand why its an all of the sudden type thing though. i dont believe i've changed versions of firefox in awhile so i have no idea

Firefox has been forcing me to update about every week.

Sometimes it won't let me rate comics, but other than that I haven't had a problem.

and sometimes when i edit a comic it changes the background or deletes everything or just the characters

I had this problem as well...

What I found that fixed it was a) clear cookies/cache/tif

and b) when you go to post something, make sure that your password is in the "password" field. For the longest time, whenever I would try to post with Firefox, it would randomly not enter my password in, despite the fact that I was logged in.
