when you edit a comic that has the bluefade background, it sets the background to white when saved

Also, if you edit a comic with bongo in it, he's changed to asiangirl1.

And while we're (almost) on the subject, can we bring back background2?  (The white one with the black line and a little grayscale.)  It was great for making black & white comics when you wanted something less spartan in the back than a single color.

i also miss background 2. good riddance to that ne'er-do-well bluish background1 though. definitely the black sheep of the background family

bluefade also resets to white/no background when edited, if it's in a comic that was made before background3 was renamed bluefade

also, any way we can get a warning on the editing page when we're editing a comic, that if we edit it, it will remove a background or character that's no longer around? the way it is now kind of sucks since when you're editing it, the background is still there, but then once you push save it removes it, making it too late to go back and keep it

even better would be if we could keep the original background or character. i'd think this would be possible without having to offer those characters/backgrounds to new comics
