I will be honest. I never rate a comic other than good; this means that if I think it's good I'll give it a good. Otherwise I don't rate it. I didn't rate yours.
Your comics are bad. I think you are just taking whatever idea that comes into your head and throwing it down without really considering if it's actually funny. While such attempts might prove successful on television, in a medium such as this you have to really put some thought behind what you make.
My advice is to slow down, take some time with how you phrase things (improving your grammar is part of this), and don't try to force anything. Once you find your groove things will start flowing easy.
