That could be a possibility... Or maybe he's one of the very few newbs who actually took time to read the FAQ. I'm betting on the former.

Maybe, but a regular would have known that, too. I'd say he's probably a newb who knew about the ratings from the FAQ or forums or something but didn't learn (or forgot) how to post comics.

He posted (or tried to post) some comics in multiple RMDC threads and couldn't do it right at first, so I'd still guess newb (or very crafty regular).
