Well, I did this thing. You know how people will "live-blog" things like debates and the State of the Union? Well, I tried the same thing with Stripcreator.

The YouTube debate for Republicans was this evening, and I was able to live-strip every video but one - I think about abortion. Of course I wasn't fairly representing their positions, I'm a freaking Democrat. But this is what resulted.

That is all sorts of pure win. My jaw dropped when I saw that ad. Excellent skewer of Thompson.

Your Romney and Giuliani cariactures were great. The "I can't write a better punchline than this" for Huckbee was awesome (it's even funnier now that he's currently #1 in national polls). It makes me sad that Tancredo and Hunter are pretty much word-for-word how you wrote them.

You didn't seem to get as much humor from McCain and Paul as I expected, though. Portraying Paul as plain ol' crazy is a bit overdone - I was hoping you'd find some other way to satirize him. No puns on McCain's favorite "straight talk" phrase? For shame. (I'm pretty sure he used it at least once in the debate.)

Overall, a successful experiment! You should do this again with the rest of the Republican debates.
