If you saw the commercial you would. It was voted one of the most annoying commercials of all time.

 I watched it and yet i dont get both the video or the comic.

Well alot of folks i know as well as alot of folks on the internet. Ive sent it to laughed. Then again they have been truamatized by seein that commercial over and over again on tv.

You wont get it unless youve have it shoved down your throat on tv alot.

Thank you. Its improved over my first comic. I felt my first comic was good but you had to by tormented by the commercial to understand it and laugh at it.

That comic has been done about 20 times on this site alone.

Pretty much all jokes and humor have been overdone and used no offense. I can only protray my humor into subjects i feel need to be spoken out on in a humor aspect.

Actually, my comment was an example of irony.  Since your comic was about unoriginality, asserting that it was an unoriginal comic was ironic.  In fact, although the whole "Hollywood is unoriginal" theme has been beaten to death with a big stick, I don't think that particuar way of expressing has been done in a comic that I've seen.  Probably because it wasn't the slightest bit funny.

Well thats funny considerin everyone i sent it to including several forums thought it was funny. Ive been noticin lately this site has alot of negative people. Its unsettlin. Hollywood is in sequals and remake mode and redoin ideas so pretty much my point stands. I dont pretend to be orginal. I use humor to make points.

Orginality doesnt exist much anymore. People are just rehashin old ideas and whatnot and tryin to do it better.

I just use humor to make points or views.

I would like to say though there are alot of negative people on this forum but ive also met some nice positive people. Thank you for all your feedback.

You came to this forum looking for feedback on comics. What a lot of new people to this site fail to realize is that feedback comes in two forms, good and bad. Your comics aren't particularly good at all, hence why you've gotten some negative feedback telling you straight up that your comics aren't good. It's not like we're telling you to leave this site and never come back. Make some actual funny comics and you'll get people in this thread telling you what a funny comic you just made. Don't think we're all negative people who are all out to get you and shoot you down.

Also, in my opinion, if you're going to do a comic about politics/hollywood at LEAST make it stronger instead of making a generalization like 'politicians r dumb lol' or 'bush lookz like a monkey' or 'SNAEKS ON A PLAINNN!'.

but seriously folks, what Bigfrank said is plain and simple truth. RMDC is a place to post your comics and get feedback on them. if people don't like your comics, they're gonna tell ya so.

until Brad makes a 'Blow Smoke Up My Ass About My Subpar Comics' (BSUMAAMSC) forum, this is what you have to work with.

if you don't feel that confident about a comic you just made either don't post it, or post it with a disclaimer that you know it sucks and then expect people to tell you so.

don't let negativity scare you away. it makes you stronger. feed on it. fell the hatred building up inside you, propelling you to new found comic genius.

or just keep sucking, get pissed off and leave. personally, i hope you stick around and let the harsh things people say inspire you to write a comic so funny its lethal.

One must do humor as he sees fit. I do humor to make points. I am sorry if you dont find them funny but this site is the only one with people that dont find it funny. Ive posted them on forums and through email and got lots of laughs.

I would take this criticism seriously except for the fact. This forum is the only one who continously gives bad reviews. Which is odd.

I am not upset with stripcreator but it is odd when this forum is the only one who isnt laughin at my comics and ive posted it in alot of places online.

Ill just keep makin comics and enjoyin them and makin points. Cant please everyone.

I don't mind the unfunny comics. It's people who post said comics and ask for "honest opinions" but whine when honesy is given that annoy me.

If your comics are crappy but you're trying to improve, then by all means keep posting them. We'll tell you when we think they're funny. Just don't expect us to tell you that your comics are wonderful when they suck harder than an industrial vacuum.

or you can stop reading the unfunny comics. I personally don't really care who does or doesn't think mine are funny. I'm still gonna wake up in the morning (unless I happen to read a ridiculousy unfunny comic here that makes "2 girls 1 cup" look like a toddlers treat.)

So I say, if your comics are unfunny, keep posting them just to piss people off.........

OK, fish, here's how it usually goes down :

N00b shows up, asking for feedback

Regulars do, often with a bit of scathing commentary

N00b gets offended, pretends not to care about feedback, which they originally asked for

Regulars laugh as the cycle repeats itself.

So, I'm going to cut to the chase - you DO care about peoples' opinions, otherwise, you wouldn't have posted comics asking for feedback.

So, either STFU and plug away, trying harder at comics or be content with what you are.

By shedding the weak noobs and attatching the strong, the stripcreator war machine becomes increasingly more powerful with each and every day... And that's hot.
