As I am completely baffled on how to edit/erase my favourite strippers. Back in the days of yore, I remember just going to edit account and you could do it there... But now cannot?

You have to do it from their comic page now. There's a link to click that says either "add to favorites" if they are not already or "delete from favorites" if they are already added.

Ugh, lame. I'll just leave everything as is. There's too much editing I'd have to do.
