 I like where you're going with this, it feels a bit clumsy somehow, but I dig the humor.  All in all, you're on the right track.  Keep it up!

Another good comic.  I think you could come up with something better than "You are an ass," but it works okay.  Excellent set-up.

Great use of Melvin's expressions, but there are two huge problems with that comic:

1)  Melvin should probably be talking about urinating in the coffee, since the other guy is the one holding the coffee cup.

2)  Unfortunately, the only way to change the speaking order is to change the positions of the characters in the panel.  Panel 2 is very confusing because the dialog on the right comes before the one on the left.  That's kind of confusing since they happen to be speaking English.

But I'm still a fan of yours.  Let's see some more.

Thanks again for the feedback. I did realize that it was kind of out of order in the second frame but I thought it might be somewhat awkward to have the characters jump around so I let it go.

 But for some reason it never occurred to me that it would be better to have the opposite person be the one drinking out of the coffee mug. I agree that it's kind of a choice of characters considering the dialogue.

I kind of like that the Boss is the one drinking the coffee after he peed in it. I think the set up would have worked better if the Boss was the one explaining how he punked everyone in the first panel, and then get Melvyn's reaction shot in the third.

All I can say is that I agree. The way you posted flows quite a bit better than what I had. My only defense is that I just started so give me a chance haha
