So I just suddenly remembered that stripcreator exists, after five or six years.

There's a bunch of new options, but most of the backgrounds I used to use are gone.  Or maybe I just can't find them.   What's the deal with the  gray gradient background and the blue stripey one?  I miss their nonrepresentative glory.

Welcome home friend.

I was going to tell you where to find them, but I couldn't find them myself. The whole experience really knocked the wind right out of my sails.

I wish I'd been around then too so I could miss those backgrounds...

I personally really liked the gray gradient background.  It was good for comics which only had the black & white characters without the austerity of just plain white.

It made a good doctor's office background, too.  Or maybe I just thought so because I grew up going to doctors who had gray gradient walls in their offices.

Oh dear, I missed a whole war?  Please explain "the great three reasons war of aught 4."

Oh yes, that would be wonderfully tiresome.

I thought this thread was gonna be about someone trying to send back their penis to EBay.

Anyhow, I always hated the grey-gradient background.  I found the ultra-thick black line demarcating the floor was far too bold and visually disrupted whatever strip I was making.

i liked the grey-gradient background too. it made a good hospital room/business office, etc. i think i used the blue one only as a church

Do not underestimate the power of Bugles. One day they will reign supreme.

Oh how they will reign.

If you can't get it at Fred's Discount Store for a dollar a bag, fuck it.
