Hello, and welcome to the FactoryRejects Comics™ thread.

~HISTORY~

These comics, adored by many, started as a guest entry on another account.  The original comic, now a highly sought-after collector's item, is still available for viewing here.

After the Great Comics Recession of 2029, President John Travolta spearheaded an effort to bolster humor before things got out of hand.  A time displacement capsule was built, the FactoryRejects Comics™ author was placed inside, and it was dropped inside the LHC in France.  Thanks to the miracles of science, technology, and humor FactoryRejects Comics™ ensured that the Great Comics Recession never came to pass.

~FACTS~

FactoryRejects Comics™ are fun for the whole family, and 15% lower in trans fat than other leading comics.

FactoryRejects Comics™ are a renewable resource.

FactoryRejects Comics™ make you irresistable.

~TRIVIA~

At the beginning of the second ghost montage, a movie theater is shown that is playing the movie Cannibal Girls. Cannibal Girls (1973) was director Ivan Reitman's second movie.

The shot of the Ecto-1 on the verge of breaking down at the start of the film is fitting in that while filming the bridge scene that's seen in the montage, the car finally did break down.

200 visual effects shots were used in the entire film.

Commenting has been enabled.  Tell the FactoryRejects Comics™ creator what an egotistical sock-puppet you think he is!  Request more Slayne Turven storylines!  The possibilities are friendless.

These comics are more fun than being oppressed.

Okay I'm going to stop acting like Vince from Shamwow! and actually talk about my comics.  The sampler platters (no substitutions please) I've posted are mostly stand-alones, though a few contain recurring characters.  I've avoided posting running gags for obvious reasons; though I would consider Slayne Turven a recurring character as well as a running gag.  Christ.  Anyway-  At some point, I plan on looking in to making a page at the wiki.  Until then, here's what I feel like explaining at the moment:

Master Zrogagks Tol & Also Andor (submitted/owl & threereasons/feetforears) - These two live in a spaceship that orbits Earth.  Tol considers himself a scenester-ish villain of sorts; Andor is his lackey.  Even in the absence of gravity, shit still manages to roll downhill.

Slayne Turven (forumusers/neovid) - Silent protagonist; though I had him speak once as a joke.  He's the greatest sci-fi hero in existence.  More than likely orders the Matrix trilogy via Netflix weekly.

Dawa (forumusers/kajun) - The comic incarnation of the FactoryRejects creator.  Do I really look like that?  The answer, obviously, is occasionally.

Timmy & Terry  (threereasons/kid2 & threereasons/kid1) - Two adolescents who have a nose for trouble.  They do drugs, play video games, and do everything else that kids do.  Don't worry, I'm sure your children are nothing like these two.

Etc, etc.

I must say I particularly enjoyed that last set of comics -- background explanation or no.
