After looking over pervious comps, it appears that the last time a RCD comp was done was about a year ago.  I drew inspiration from this comic created by Scyess:

The line "complement of my mom" made my nipples hard.  I enjoy the sensation so much I now want more.  That's were you come in.

1.  Hit the Random Comic Layout button.

2.  Use the phrase "complements of my mom" anywhere in the comic.

3.  Being funny helps.

 Extra points for making my nipples hard (not a difficult challenge) or if your nipples are hard while you create your comic.

I'll judge in two weeks or sooner if this one crashes and burns.  My nipples await.

Not to burst your bubble or anything but if you win a comp you have to do the same come just diff subject. So you should be doing a FTC not a RCD.

Well, my nipples are slightly disappointed.  Maybe there is a reason this particular contest had not been done for a year.  That's what I get for messing with the fates.

I'm guessing that I did not follow proper protocol and was supposed to do a different FTC comp.  Live and learn.  If I have screwed up the time space continuum here I apologize. 

With that said, NooniePuuBunny, you did satisfy my nipples.  I hate to put this on you but you are the "winner" if that is possible.  I have faith in you that you can restore the balance here.
