By far the funniest one so far. I agree with the other poster about your punchlines. Some of them are just a little soft. The set up is always pretty good/interesting. I do the same thing sometimes--come up with an "interesting" comic that isn't necessarily funny.

IMO, punchlines work best in comics where the characters don't totally agree with/understand each other. For example, the nerd trying to have sex is in a completely different world from the girl. Once you have that little difference in the characters, the punchline goes to whichever character you want to "win" the conversation. "Just fuck me already" is funny because it totally defeats the nerd's RPG babbling.

Just my take on things. Hope it helps.

What I find funny is adding snark to things. Cynicism, snark, pissiness, sarcasm, etc.

An example would be, for me: I would have loved to have seen God say "Fuck em" in the last box. Or "No, I just farted" or silly shit like that.

Stuff that's just completely "wrong" works for me, too. Masturbation to aborted fetuses, nuns moonlighting as stripper ninjas, Sarah Palin brand inflatable sheep (if someone can explain this one to me in comic form I'll die shitting my pants -- with glee, mind you)
